If you can't decide which one to get, see if this helps: the main difference between the Blue and the Full Spectrum is the concentration of light - it depends on the amount of time you have in your lifestyle to spend in front of your light box. If you are on the go more, and only have 15 minutes a day, the concentrated Blue Lux would be more appropriate, but if you can spend a full hour by it, the Full Spectrum would be best.
